Please try these steps to get your L16 to turn on again:
- Plug the L16 into a power outlet in the wall using the supplied Light cable and black power adapter. Sometimes, USB chargers may not give it enough of a charge to turn on.
Note: It's important that you use the supplied Light USB-C cable and 3.0 Quick Charge adapter. If you have lost either, shoot us a note and we'll get a new one sent to you right away.
- Wait at least 30 minutes to let it charge.
- Unplug the cable from the camera and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Once you get it to turn on, leave it on and charge it to 100%.
