Step 1: If you are experiencing any issues with Lumen, the first step in troubleshooting is to make sure you have the latest version. We're constantly releasing bug fixes so it's imperative that you keep Lumen up to date!
Step 2: Check and make sure your computer meets the minimum software requirements for using Lumen. If your computer does not meet these requirements, Lumen may not be compatible with your computer.
