What’s my order status?

Your items will ship when available

We will ship your order as soon as all of the items in your order are available. If some items in your order are not available at the time of your order, we will wait to ship the entire order together.

If you would like to ship parts of an order separately, shoot us a message at hello@light.co (or click the “contact us” button in the bottom right corner) and we’ll see what we can do.

Shipping estimate

When you place your order, a shipping estimate is displayed. We will make every effort to ship your order on or before the estimated shipment date.

Order confirmation, shipping confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive two emails from us: an order confirmation email when your payment has been received and a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

If you don’t receive one of these emails from us, don’t fret. First, check to make sure the message didn't go to your spam or junk folder. (Gmail users will want to check their "promotions" folder.)

If you still don’t see an email from us, shoot us a message at hello@light.co (or click the “contact us” button in the bottom right corner).

Tracking your package

The second email you receive from us will provide a tracking number and link so that you can keep tabs on the status of your package.

Note: the tracking link will not show any information until UPS has scanned your item into their system. This can take up to a day to happen, so don’t be alarmed if you don’t see tracking information right away!
