Reservation return

You can get a refund for your reservation deposit anytime before your camera ships. Just send us an email at hello@light.co.


Return period

All L16 cameras purchased through Light after July 1st, 2018 are eligible for our 30-day return guarantee.


Initiate a return

L16 camera returns

To be eligible, all cameras must be returned in their original packaging with no damage.

Please contact our customer support team at hello@light.co. Make sure you have your original order ID or the serial number of your camera available. (To find the serial number of your L16, power on the camera and go to Settings > About L16 Camera > Status > Serial number. It is also located on the back of your camera’s packaging.)

L16 accessory returns

To be eligible, all accessories must be in unopened and new condition.

Please contact our customer support team at hello@light.co to initiate a return.


Was your camera damaged in shipping?

Cameras ordered through Light that arrived damaged or are not working correctly can be returned or exchanged by contacting our customer support team at hello@light.co. (Or click the “contact us” button in the bottom right corner.)
